HOT NEWS - Jotun uses Nordic Narrow for Jotaproff packaging.
The “Jotaproff”-paint is for professionals. A waterborne solvent-free paint for indoor use. Pia Indrebø, designer from Metro Branding AS (Norway), sent me some 3d modelling images from the new Jotaproff packagin they designed for Jotun.
HOT NEWS - Carol Gunn of Gunn Graphix, Austin TX, made this logo with Accelerator. LaserCut is a product from E.A.R, Inc, a manufacturer of custom hearing protection.

HOT NEWS - Wout de Vringer from Faydherbe / de Vringer designed the new corporate identity for the Haagse Hogeschool, The Hague in the Netherlands, (The Hague University) and used Insider as their corporate font. He contacted me about that, and even sent me a stack of really nice stuff he made for the H/.

It might sound strange to most people, and propably it is, but I keep strong getting allergic reactions when I sit behind my Mac’s. After doing some research in the internet it seems to look like a reaction to electrosmog.

HOT NEWS - The all new and improved Accelerator is out! The first font foundry where you can buy it is T26. This 2.0 version carries the inofficial name ‘Warp’.
The next foundries where you’ll be able to buy Accelerator will be MyFonts and Veer. I’ll keep you informed about the release on this font blog.
Very often people ask me where they can buy my fonts. Some of them can already be bought online at MyFonts, Veer and very soon at Fountain. All other fonts you find on my website can be purchased directly from me. They might be updated and sold through an online font foundry in the near future, but for now you can only get them here.

CUSTOM TYPE - Ballet Mechanique, the music-outlet of Jeroen Borrenbergs (36), is live. After a few years of silence the Dutch graphic designer is getting ready to release new tracks. His website is a state of the art peace of artwork, superbly programmed by ComaKid.
For his upcoming promotion Jeroen asked me to create a special font for him. As a co-founder and graphic designer at Stoere Binken Design he creates his own artwork and therefor had some specific wishes. The font should have ’soul’. He gave me some sketches for his logo that I should use as a starting point. The result is a very narrow, round and warm, kinda techno, monocased font called Ballet Mechanique (what else).
