NEWS - Nantua is a geometric display font with hard edges, inspired by the Russian Constructivism from the early 20’s. Great artists like Aleksandr Rodchenko used typography as form.
Used in larger sizes it’s very ‘in your face’. Used in small sizes it tends to work like a compact background pattern.

Nantua has been used by our leading Dutch design magazine ‘Items’. Designed by Dennis Koot at Studio DumbarItems covers all fields of cutting-edge design and visual communication for a professional audience. That over allready more than 20 years.

Nantua is featured in the june 2004 issue as a typographical supplement to the article about the great American designer Michael Rock.
